For hygiene and health reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on mattresses that have been opened, used, or slept on.

✔ You're welcome to lie on the mattress in our store to ensure it feels right.

✘ Once a mattress has been opened or removed from its packaging, it is considered used, and can't be returned to The Mattress Outlet Townsville.

✘ No refunds for custom made to order mattresses.

Free delivery is to your front door or garage on the ground floor within 25km of our store.

Additional charges apply for stairs or tight access and a quote will be given.

Delivery is available outside of local area - please ask for a quote
