For hygiene and health reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on mattresses that have been opened, used, or slept on.

✔ You're welcome to lie on the mattress in our store to ensure it feels right.

✘ Once a mattress has been opened or removed from its packaging, it is considered used, and can't be returned to The Mattress Outlet Townsville.

Free Local Delivery Terms and Conditions

Free delivery is to your front door or garage within 25km of our store.

25 - 60km incurs a delivery charge of $70.

Over 100km delivery is available - please ask for a quote
