You can buy a mattress by itself, or explore a mattress and adjustable base together. There’s no pressure to purchase.

Walk-ins are welcome. I’m open weekdays 10am–3pm and Saturdays 9am–12pm for walk-ins, and I take private fittings weekdays 3–6pm and Saturdays 12–3pm. I’m closed Sundays and public holidays. Prefer a set time? Text me or request a call back and we’ll arrange one. Booking is optional—getting personal help doesn’t have to be complicated.

Come in together if you can. We’ll compare both of your preferences. Where suitable, a split system lets you each explore different feels and individual adjustable positions. I’ll show you the combinations and prices before you decide.

It’s my way of letting you try an eligible mattress or complete sleep system in your own bedroom for seven nights before you decide to buy. When you choose The Works on an eligible mattress, the Promise applies—delivery, setup and old-mattress removal are included. Delivery counts as night one. If it isn’t right, you notify me by text or email by 10am on day eight and we collect it within two business days. Nothing is charged during the seven nights—there’s no purchase payment and no obligation to buy.

The Sleep Promise is available on Queen, King and Split King pocket-spring mattresses—Active, Immersion, Opal and Peace—on their own or with a compatible adjustable base. Smaller sizes, custom sizes, the Classic, Alfa and Bliss ranges are not eligible. I’ll confirm what’s suitable for you at your fitting.

On an eligible mattress or system, the Promise includes bedroom delivery, stairs and setup within 25km, assembly and a remote demonstration when your system includes an adjustable base, packaging removal, old mattress and old base removal, mattress recycling through the Endeavour Foundation, and a premium waterproof protector that stays on throughout your seven nights. A withings sleep analysis comparing seven nights on your old and new mattress is available by application only—analysers are limited, so it isn’t automatic.

There’s no purchase payment. A card pre-authorisation is required under the Sleep Promise agreement and may temporarily reduce your available funds. I accept Mastercard credit or debit and Visa debit for the pre-authorisation (not Visa credit). You can also arrange approved Humm finance before delivery. I’ll explain the amount, the conditions and the collection terms before you agree.

If you’re happy, you keep it and the agreed price applies—you’ll know that price before the Promise starts. From day nine, the pre-authorisation converts to the purchase charge.

Tell me by text or email by 10am on day eight. We’ll collect it within two business days—no return collection or restocking fee within 25km. The supplied waterproof protector stays on and the mattress must be returned clean and undamaged (damage may be charged under your agreement). Returning a mattress isn’t swapping it—another mattress is a new purchase. One Sleep Promise per household, for your main home bed, with 18+ photo ID.

Yes—you can take home a mattress on its own. The 7-Night Sleep Promise, delivery, setup, old-mattress removal and the waterproof protector are part of The Works, so they’re not included in a product-only price. If you’d like the Sleep Promise, choose The Works on an eligible mattress and I’ll set it all up for you.

The Withings sleep analysis compares seven nights on your old mattress with seven nights on your new one. It’s available by application only—analysers are limited, so it isn’t automatic. Ask me at your fitting and I’ll let you know if one is available for your Sleep Promise.

For an eligible mattress or system, bedroom delivery, stairs and setup within 25km are included—so is assembling your adjustable base and showing you the remote when it's part of your package. We remove the packaging, and we can remove your old mattress and old base and recycle the mattress through the Endeavour Foundation.

Complete system packages include up to two local relocations within ten years, for the original purchaser, where both addresses are within 25km. Beyond 25km, a delivery distance charge applies and is quoted before you agree.

Yes. With The Works we remove your old mattress and your old base, and we recycle the old mattress through the Endeavour Foundation. We also take away the packaging from your new setup.

We can deliver to areas including Charters Towers, Mt Isa, Proserpine, Airlie Beach, Bowen, Ingham, Cardwell and Mission Beach—ask me for a quote. Beyond 25km, a delivery distance charge applies and I’ll quote it before you agree.

I buy direct from Australian factories and keep my overheads low—no expensive showroom fit-out, no franchise fees, no commissioned sales team—so you can put more of your budget into the mattress itself. Tell me your size and budget and I’ll explain your options and the full price.

A compatible adjustable base lets you change your resting position; your mattress provides the cushioning and support. Try them together in store and decide whether that flexibility is useful for sleeping, reading or relaxing. You can still explore a mattress on its own.
